Busy with conquering Europe they would place a slab of meat under the saddle, ride on it for several hours and chow it raw. Well, Polish version is a bit more refined... Ingredients:

Preparation: Mix beef with yolk. Form the ground beef into a steak, garnish with the remaining ingredients (mix the whole thing if you want). Serve with rye bread. Please use organically grown beef.
